Problem: Now lots of people hate the idea of prepping food. Many clients I work with think of it as something that is time consuming, not tasty, and not even sure what to cook, or how much.
It also may be that you have to cook for multiple people and your trying to find things that are affordable while also tasty for others in the house that may not be trying to live the same health goals.
